1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS & RETURNS

We offer both digital and physical products. The refund policy varies accordingly:

A. Digital Products & Services (Non-Refundable)

These include:
• Downloadable PDFs, eBooks, charts, and toolkits
• Audio/voice-guided rituals
• Online courses, programs, and consultations
• Customized Vastu reports and energy alignment guides

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned once opened.

B. Physical Products (Refundable Under Conditions)

These include:
• Ritual boxes, altar cards, Vastu kits, or other tangible sacred tools
• Energy devices or spiritual objects shipped to your address

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• It must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) must be provided

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used ritual kits, oils, or energy objects
• Customized, personalized, or special-order items
• Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or negligence

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or defective:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos or videos of the damage at support@shubhaakarenergy.com
• We will either replace the item, offer store credit, or provide a partial refund after evaluation

4. PROCESS FOR RETURNS

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@shubhaakarenergy.com with your order ID, item details, and reason for return
Await approval from our team and shipping instructions
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. SERVICE CANCELLATIONS & CONSULTATION FEES

• Appointments or consultations may be rescheduled once (with a minimum of 24 hours' notice)
• Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward another service if canceled with notice

6. DISCOUNTED / SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless damaged.

9. CLIENT SATISFACTION FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

At Shubh Aakar Energy, we are committed to providing the most insightful, research-backed, and energetically aligned consultancy services. Each consultation is tailored with deep attention to detail, Vastu principles, and individual context.

If, however, a client feels that their session did not meet the expected clarity or alignment goals, they may raise their concern directly with their assigned consultant.

Refund Requests for Consultation Services:
• Clients must raise a written concern within 72 hours of the consultation
• Email your feedback and request to support@shubhaakarenergy.com, including your consultation ID, consultant name, and reason for dissatisfaction
• Each case will be reviewed by our internal resolution team. Based on service records and professional evaluation, we may offer:
– A follow-up session
– A partial remedy extension
– Or in rare cases, a partial or full refund
